Senior Center Brown Bag Program
On November 4, students travelled to the Montague Senior Center to help with their Brown Bag Food Distribution Program. The program allows seniors to buy bags of food from the Food Bank for $3, although they're often filled with close to $20 worth of food. Click below to see what the students thought of their day.

I thought it was great. i loved helping the elderly. and it was nice helping taking bags to their cars. Overall good day.
ReplyDeleteBrown Bag was so much fun! Everything was very organized, and the Seniors were very helpful. We all felt great for helping puting canned goods into bags and then helping people bring the bags into their cars. It was very rewarding and we are all looking forward to helping out again!

This is so cool. I am so proud of all of you! You should feel really good about all of the people you are helping.
